Valeyne Grotrian became an anti-human trafficking volunteer in 2012 through her church, Willow Creek Crystal Lake.  Serving alongside many courageous women through local outreach initiatives for New Name Ministries, she saw the significant impact volunteer teams can have through empowering women to see their value and worth by actively engaging the issue of sex-trafficking.  She later began volunteering at the Refuge for Women Chicago house where she was introduced to the incredible impact of healing and restoration that women are receiving.  Valeyne has worked in the corporate world for nearly 20 years in various HR Leadership and Business Operations roles.  She recently founded Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC where she specializes in helping business leaders and their teams access their full potential.  Valeyne holds a Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coach Federation, a Psychology of Leadership Certificate through Cornell University and is also a Clifton StrengthsFinder Coach.  Valeyne has been married to Russ for 13 years and they love traveling, windsurfing, sailing and spending time with their dog, Jake.
